Investment Flexibility​

Many investments require a rigid 5-year hold period, limiting investor flexibility  but, We offer the ability to request funds back, in whole or in part, with a 30-day notice at the end of any calendar quarter. Raul, Shakher, & Dipak can not request funds back early. Redemptions may be limited to protect assets and prevent forced sales.

stayAPT has on-site GM quarters. This will help attract great managers and reduce turnover. This also creates more oversight. There is no night-shift. We will create a 2nd employee room connected to front desk to further reduce costs and help attract great long-term employees. We will modify prototype to have laundry done on site to save additional costs.
